By accessing or purchasing from Well With Melo, you agree to the following terms.

Programs & access: On-demand programs (such as The Summer Reset) are self-paced and grant lifetime access unless otherwise stated. Seasonal Immersions include scheduled live sessions; access to recordings of live sessions, if provided, does not extend the live participation window.

Payments: All prices are listed in [CAD or USD] and are due in full at time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. We reserve the right to change pricing for future offerings at any time.

Refunds: ["Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law" or "Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if program content has not been accessed."] Live Immersion spots, once reserved, are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.

Soul Support & 1:1 Discovery: Acceptance into Soul Support is at our discretion following application review. Session times are scheduled directly and are subject to our cancellation/rescheduling policy ["24 hours' notice required to reschedule without charge"].

Intellectual property: All program content, videos, written materials, and the Ritual Method framework are the property of Well With Melo and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program, immersion, or community space for behaviour that is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive to others, without refund.

Limitation of liability: Well With Melo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our programs or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
