Flow & Align is a small group series inspired by my most requested class: Empower & Align Core
It blends:
• Pilates foundations classes
• breath-led vinyasa classes
• tailored and custom hands on support
to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body — without burnout
What to expect:
• build core and pelvic strength
• improve posture and alignment
• reduce tension in hips and lower back
• feel lighter and less stagnant
• create a consistent, supportive movement routine
This is not high intensity.
It’s intentional, structured movement that actually works.
Each week includes:
• 1 Pilates in-person class (small group, hands-on support)
• 1 Pilates Fusion livestream class (join from home or catch recorded)
• 1 Yoga recorded class (move on your own time)
