This 90-minute session begins with a deep intake into your lifestyle, rhythms and energy patterns. From there, you’ll receive personalized Ayurvedic guidance — nutrition, lifestyle rituals and movement — plus a mini breath or meditation practice to embody your new balance.
Includes: full intake, tailored Ayurvedic plan, seasonal guidance and a take-home ritual practice.
