Course Overview
This 50-hour advanced teacher training is a continuing-education immersion for 200- or 300-hour certified yoga teachers ready to refine their teaching through Ayurveda, fascia science and nervous system-aware sequencing.
You’ll graduate certified in The Ritual Method, integrating:
Elemental Somatics™ – movement guided by the five elements
Fascia Flow – sequencing that releases, restores, and re-patterns
Ayurvedic Science & Seasonal Sequencing – balancing Vata, Pitta and Kapha
Nervous System Intelligence – teaching for all 3 regulation types

Duration: January 14th - March 11th, 2026 (50 Hours Total)
Format: Live + PrerecordedWednesdays – 6:00 – 8:30 PM EST (weekly contact hours - must attend 3 calls)
Asana Lab Saturday February 7th – 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM EST
Includes: lecture, experiential movement, practicum, and integration calls.

200-hour or 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)

Eligible for 50 Yoga Alliance CEU hours.

FAQS
1. Do I need to attend all sessions live?
No. This course is designed for working teachers.
To certify, you must attend 3 out of 6 live Wednesday calls OR submit replay reflections.
The Asana Lab requires either:
live attendance, OR
full replay + alternate practicum video.
Everything else is self-paced.
2. What if I can’t make the Asana Lab?
You’ll simply complete the alternate practicum:
→ a teaching video based on the final lab.
3. How long do I have to finish the course?
The live portion runs 6 weeks, and you have until March 14th, 2026 to complete:

4. How do I receive my certificate?
Once all requirements are complete:
You submit your practicum
I verify your hours
You receive a digital PDF certificate
You upload it directly to Yoga Alliance to claim your 50 hours

Yes — this course is officially listed as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program.
All 50 hours are valid for CE credit.
6. How is the course delivered?

7. Do I need to be a yoga teacher to join?
Yes, this a continuing education course and you will be required to hold a 200 or 300HR certification as prerequisite.
