We begin with a deep-dive Ayurvedic consultation. We’ll identify your Dosha (constitution) and current imbalances. From here, I will craft your personalized Dinacharya—a custom morning and evening routine designed to ground you and optimize your health.
2. Three Custom Movement Sessions (60 Mins Each)
No generic flows here. These three private sessions are designed specifically for your body and goals. Whether you need to calm your nervous system, build heat, or improve mobility, every breath and movement is tailored to you.
3. Lifetime Access to Your Library
Every session is recorded and sent to you. You’ll have a permanent library of personalized practices that you can return to whenever you need to find your center.
